When you register for the conference, you will be asked if you need a visa during the registration process. After you are registered and have paid for the conference, you will receive a letter to help with your visa.

The camera ready deadline is August 9th. You should have receive information about how to submit your camera ready paper on August 2nd. If you have not, please email dsaa2019@easychair.org

We will post a preliminary program by the end of August.
The conference will provide easels and boards for the posters. The size of each board is 30 inches x 40 inches. The poster can be either vertical or horizontal (with a preference to the vertical format).
